THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE-
BY-LAW NUMBER 82-91
being a By -law to amend Restricted Area By -law Number 1592, as
amended, of the former Township of Clarke.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems
it advisable to amend Restricted Area By -law Number 1592, as amended,
of the former Township of Clarke.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle ENACTS as follows:
1. Appendix 1 of By -law 1592, as amended, is hereby amended by
changing subsection 1(g) entitled "Setback: in A and RR Zones" the
minimum distance from the centre line of a Township Road to 25.3
metres, and by deleting from this subsection the words "all other
roads ", .and, "83 feet ".
2. Appendix 1 of By -law 1592, as amended, is hereby further
amended by changing subsection 1(g) entitled "Setback: in R1 and
other zones ", the minimum distance from the centre line of a Township
Road to 16.2 metres, and by deleting from this subsection the words
"all other roads ", and, "53 feet ".
3. Appendix 2 of By -law 1592, as amended, is hereby amended by
deleting from subsection (g) entitled "Setback: ", the words "all
other roads ", and, "58 feet ", in the first paragraph, and, delete the
words "all other roads ", and, "83 feet ", in the second paragraph.
4. Map 1 and 2 of Schedule "A" to By -law 1592, as amended, is
hereby amended by deleting from the legend the words "other roads ",
and by replacing them with the words "Township Roads ".

5. This By -law shall come into effect on the date hereof,
subject to the provisions of Sectia, 29(11) of the Planning Act.
