BY -LAW 82 -76
being a by -law to declare certain hands to be
part of a public highway (Windsor Valley Place)
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That Block 9 on Registered Pl.an of Subdivision M -747 which parcel
and the consents and affidavits were entered in the Register under
Land Titles on April 21st 1982, as Instrument Number 958, is hereby
dedicated as a Public Road Allowance and form part of Windsor Valley
Place.
By -law read a first and second time this 7th day of June 1982
By -law read a third time and finally passed this 7th day of June 1982

21st 1982, as Instrument Number 958, hereby applies.to
have The Corporation of the Town of Newcastle By -Law No.
82 -76 passed on the 7th day of June, 1982 entered on the
parcel register.
The evidence in support of this Application consists of:
1. An executed copy of the said By -Law No. 82 -76.
