OF Tilt TOWN OF NEWCASTLE AT THIS MEETING HELD ON THE
29th DAY OF MARCH 1982
WHEREAS by Section 9 of The Municipal Ac- i, , be i nl;, ('ha p ter 281
of the Hevised Statutes of Ontario 1970, thu powers of a municipal
corporation are to be exercised by its Council.
AND WHEREAS by Subsection 1 of Section 2,11 of The Municipal Act,
.being Chapter 28jorvf the Revised Statutes of Ontario 1970, the
powers of every Council are to be exercised by by -law;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE 'TOWN OF NEWCASTI,1;
