Being a By—Law to repeal By—Law
-No. 583 Regulating hours re licensed
hotels which was passed on June 15, 1937
WHEREAS the hours of sale with respect to
licensed hotels is a matter which comes under the
jurisdiction of the Liquor Licence Act of Ontario
Rso 196o chapt 218 and regulations thereunder.
BE IT THEREFORE MIUCTED by the Council of
the Cor-,poration of the Village of Newcastle:
That By—Law 583 and any other by�law relating
to the hours of sale with respect to licensed hotels
