being a by-law to amend building
by-law 785 regarding side yards.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE VILLAGE OF NEWCASTLE
hereby enacts as follows:
That a new section No. 13 shall be added to by-law
785 to wit:
Side yards shall be provided for each side of
main building to a minimun width of 4 feet on each side
and 2 feet on each side for each additional storey above
the first.
