the debentures authorized by By -law No. 67 -23
WHE1tEAS the Council
of the
Corporation of
the Village
of Newcastle
has enacted its By -law No. 67

on the 3rd
day of November
19L,, duly authorizing the issue and sale of debentures for raising a sum not 6�r,2 A
exceeding 169, 000. , for the following purpose, namel,ys
C- onstruction of school accomodation and the supply of equipment
WAD WHEREAS prior to the passing of the said By-law.. the approval of th-z
Ontario Municipal Board was first obtained, as evidenced by the Order of the s&iM

1 WHEREAS the Corporation desires to borrow money as temporary ,• :.
pending the issue and sale of the said debentures;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF the Village of Newcastle
The Corporation agrees to borrow and doth hereby authorize the borrowing
from CANADIAN IMPERIAL BANK OF CONMERCE as temporary advances pending the issue and
