BY-LAW NO. 67 -26
A By -law to repeal Bra -law No. 67 -23
WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Village of
Newcastle has heretofore passed Bar --law No. 67 -23
to authorize the issue of Debentures of the Village of Newcastle in the principal
amount of $ 169,000.00 for school purposes.
AND WHEREAS no Debentures have been issued under the authority of the
said By -law and it is now desirable to repeal the said By -law and to replace the same
with another by-law providing for the issue of a Debenture in the principal amount of
$ 169,000.00 to be sold to The Ontario Education Capital Aid Corporation.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Village
of Newcastle enacts as follows:
