A by—law to appoint a
Building Inspector
WHEREAS the Municipal ket R.S.O. 1960 Chapter
249, See. 377, para. 58, authorizes the appointing
of such Officers and Servants as may be necessary
for the purposes of the Corporation.
-WHMEAS Council made this appointment by
'Resolution No. 134 on June 10, 1968.
THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the
Village of Newcastle enacts.-
That Evert Vierhout be appointed to the Office
of Building Inspector.
And that the remuneration be one—half of the
Building Permit Fees.
This By—Law shall be deemed to be effective
June 10, 1968.
By—Law 67-11 is hereby repealed.
