WH!aEAS the Corporation of the Village of NSWCASTLL
desires to execute agreements with the Ontario 'Kater
Resources Commission for the provision of Sewage Service
in accordance with the Schedule attached to this By-1,,i-w,-
A.�ND WHEREAS such agreements will not be executed witil
the necessary approvals of the Ontario 1,11unicipal Board
have been obtained.
3E IT THIaEIFORE L!�ACTiiij' by the Council of the
Corporation of the VILLAGE OF NEWCASTLE as follows:
1. That the Corporation enter into and execute
agreements with the Ontario Water Resources
Commission for the provision of Sewage
Service in accordance with the Schedule
attached to this 14y-law.
Reeve and Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute, subject only to
the approval of the Ontario Municipal Boardq

3. This By-law is subject to the approval of
the Ontario Municipal Board.
