BY—LAW 62-1Z
Being a By-Law of the Municipal Council
of the Village of Newcastle to amend By-
Law 803 providing for 15 minute parking
on that side of King Street West adjacent
to the Post Office.
'WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend By-Law 803.
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Village of
Newcastle ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
When properly worded signs have been erected and are on
display, no person shall park a vehicle within a designated
area of 110t between signs, for a longer period than (15)
fifteen minutes on that side of King Street West adjacent
to the Post Office.
The provisions of this part shall not become effective until
signs have been erected and are on display, in compliance
with the regulations of the Department of Transport.
The provisions of this By-Law shall not become effective
until approved by the Department of Transport.
