• Building Inspector
WHEREAS the Municipal Act R.S.O. 1960 Chapter 249, Sec. 337,
para. 58,authorizes the appointing of such Officers and Servants
as may be necessary for the purposes of the Corporation.
WHEREAS Council made this appointment by Resolution No. 52
on February 14, 1972.
THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Village of
Newcastle enacts:
That Mervin Allison be appointed to the Office of Building Inspector
and that the remuneration be 100% ofthe Building Permit fees.
By -law 68 -10 is hereby repealed.
