BY -LAW 72 -7
BEING A BY -LAW TO AMEND BY -LAW NO. 69 -15 OF THE CORPORATION OF THE VILLAGE OF
NEWCASTLE.
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Village of Newcastle passed By -law No. 69 -15
which By -law imposes a frontage rate on certain lands designated in Schedule "A"
to the By -law.
AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient by the Corporation of the Village of
Newcastle that the said By -law be amended to provide for the imposing of the
frontage rate on further and other lands and to provide for the elimination
of the frontage rate on certain lands.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Village of Newcastle ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By -law No. 69 -15 of the Corporation of the Village of Newcastle is hereby
amended by adding to Schedule "A" thereto the following under the headings as
indicated herein:

2. By -law No. 69 -15 of the Corporation of the Village of Newcastle is hereby

3. This By -law is subject to the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.
