THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW NUMBER 2003- 030
being a by-law to authorize a purchase agreement between the
Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington and Dean and Carol Little in
respect to the purchase of 19 Boulton Street, Plan CG Hanning, Block T,
Lot 4, Part Lot 27, Broken Front Concession, former Village of Newcastle,
Municipality of Clarington
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of
the Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of
the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington, with the Corporate Seal,
a purchase agreement between Dean and Carol Little and said
Corporation.
2. That the map hereto shall form part of this By-law.
