being a by-law to require
owners of buildings to connect
to the sewage works.
WHEREAS See. 362 (a) (1) Chapter 284, R.S.O. 1970 as amended
provides that Councils of local Municipalities may pass by-laws
requiring owners of buildings or any class or classes of buildings
in the municipality or in any defined area thereof to connect the
said buildings or class or classes of buildings to the sewage works
or water works of the Mxnicipality)
i3OW 'THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Village of
iNewcastle enacts as follows:
that the extensions listed below., be added to the sewage
system, currently under construction.
