By -Law No. 72 -39
WHEREAS Subsection 4 of Section 220 of the Municipal Act (R.S.O. 1970
C284 S 220) provides that the Council of a Municipality may by by -law
provide that the Treasurer may establish and maintain a petty cash fund
of an amount of money sufficient to make change and to pay small accounts,
subject to such terms and conditions as the by -law may provide.
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville
enacts as follows:
1. THAT the following funds be set up:
(a) Change Funds Drawer A $ 50.00
Drawer B 50.00
Arena 10.00
(b) Petty Cash Fund 40.00
$150.00
2. THAT all by -laws not consistant with this by -law be hereby repealed.
Enacted and passed the Second day of October, 1972.
