A by-law to authorize the entering into a
Subdividers Agreement with Lamers Brothers

WHEREAS the Bowmanville Planning Board and Council has approve<i
pie setting out and construction of a subdivision on lands frontin8
on Scugog Street and Prospect Street
AND WHEREAS it is a condition of such approval that the Subdividea
enter into a Subdividers Agreementi
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
f3uwmanville hereby ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute on bwhatf
of the Corporation of the Town of BowmaRville, and seal with the
Corporate Seal an -agreement between Lamers Brothers
and the said Corporation dated ,1/5,#day of Q017%jff$j X-' 912.
NEED a first, second and third time and finally passed this
