Being a By- law.of the Corporation of the Town
of Bowmanville to authorize the Mayor and
Clerk - Administrator to execute a release and
quit claim to Consumers' Gas Company in
respect to the mains,, pipes and fixtures for
the transmission or distribution of gas in
the Town of Bowmanville.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
BOWMANVILLE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That His Worship Mayor Ivan M. Hobbs and
Joseph M. McIlroy, Clerk- Administrator, be and they are
hereby authorized and instructed to execute a release and
quit claim to Consumers' Gas Company in respect to the
mains, pipes and fixtures for the transmission or
distribution of gas in the Town of Bowmanville, a copy
of which is attached hereto and marked Schedule "A" and
forms a part of this By -law.
BY -LAW READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED
THIS DAY OF 0941*0004("'A.D. 1972.
