By -Law No. 72 -50
Being a by -law to repeal By -Law No. 72 -36 which
authorised the participation of members of Council
in the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement
System.
WHEREAS By -Law No. 72 -36 passed by Council on the eighth day of August, 1972,
authorised the participation of members of Council in the Ontario Municipal
Employees Retirement System.
AND WHEREAS Resolution #C- 686 -72 passed by Council on the second day of
October, 1972, provides that said By -Law No. 72 -36 be repealed.
NOW THEREFOR be it enacted as a by -law of the Corporation of the Town of
Bowmanville that By -Law No. 72 -36 be and is hereby repealed.
Read a f irst and second time and finally passed this sixth day of November, 1972.
