To amend By -Law No. 67 -9, being a by -law to provide
for the licencing and registration of dogs and
for regulating the running at large of animals
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville hereby enacts as
follows:
1. That Section 10 of By -Law No. 67 -9 be rescinded and the following
substituted:
10. The owner of any impounded dog shall be entitled, on proof
of ownership, to regain possession of the animal on application
to the animal pound, and the payment of a pound fee as follows:
a) $5.00 for the first day or part of a day
b) $2.00 for each additional day or part of a day
READ a first and second time this 3rd day of January, 1972.
READ a third time and finally passed this 3rd day of January, 1972.
