Reing a By-Law to amend By-Law No. 1993 concerning
a sale of lands to Burley Bus Lines Limited.
WHEREAS by By-Law Number 1.093 passed by the Council of the Corpora-
tion of the Town of Bowmanville on the 3rd day • October, 1966,
the Corporation o • " 'Bowmanville (hereinafter referred to
as the Town) did authorize the sale and conveyance to Burley Bus
Lines Limited • certain lands for the establishment of industry
o n certain terms and conditions set out in the said By-law.
AND WHEREAS the Town has agreed to amend one of the said terms
and conditions as to the time within which a building was to •-

1. That Paragraph Number 3 of By-law Number 1993 be amended by
deleting the words "within one year from September 30th, 1966;11
and substituting therefor the following words:
"before the lst day of December, 1981-JE
2. That the said By-law Number 1993 in all other respects is
hereby ratified and confirmed.
3. That The Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to
execute a confirmatory conveyance of the said lands confirm-
ing the change authorized by this by-law and impress the
Corporate Seal thereon, on behalf of the Town • Bow-manville.
