A By-law to repeal By-law No. 1708 and
By-'1ai--,r No. 17'�5 appointing municipal

auditors and deputy-clerk respectively.
u"ZHEREAS by By-law passed the 5th day of January, 1959,
Council appointed the firm of Chartered Accountants, Langhorne,

Taylor and McDonald,, now known as Humpage, Taylor, McDonald and
Company, as municipal auditors for the Town of Bo-i4manville;
AND WHEREAS Council deems it desirable to consider the
appointment of auditors more readily available;
AND WHEREAS by By-law passed the 14th day of September,
1959, Council appointed Clarence S. Oke as Deputy Clerk;
AND 'W'HEREAS the duties of the Assessor are more arduous
which necessitates the full attention of Mr. Oke to those duties;
NU,11 THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town
of BoAmanville hereby ENACTS AS FOLL01,,TS:
1. That By-law No. 1708 appointing the firm of Langhorne, Taylor,
and McDonald now Humpage, Taylor, McDonald and Company, as
Municipal auditors be and is hereby repealed.
2. That By-law No. 1735 appointing Clarence S. Oke as deputy-
clerk be and is hereby repealed.
