Corporation of the Town • Bowmanville deems it expedient and
necessary in the interests of the development of the Town of
Bowmanville to construct a road on e#4 0-1 1 TA�9/1 street®
NOW THEREFORE the CounGil of the Municipal
Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville !1EREBY ENACTS as follows:

3® This by-law shall not take effect until
it receives the approval of the Onturio Municipal Board under Section
14 (1) of The Ontario Municipal Board Act.
