WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville

(hereinafter referred to as the Town) is seized and possessed of
certain lands in original Township lot number 13, First Concession
of the Township of Darlington, now within the limits of the Town
of Bowmanville, and no longer requires the said lands for munici-
pal purposes;
AND WHEREAS the Department of Highways for the
Province of Ontario is desirous of purchasing the said lands for
use in connection with the diversion and realignment of Provincial
Highway number two passing through the Town of Bowmanville.
NOW THEREFORE in consideration of the premises
and pursuant to The Municipal Act, Section 333 (1) The Council
of The Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville HEREBY ENACTS as
follows:-
1. That the Town sell and convey to Her Majestj the
Queen, in right of the Province of Ontario, represented by the
Minister of Highways for the Province of Ontario, parts of Lot
2335 and 236, in Block 'Y', part of lot 232 in Block "C" all of
Lot 237, part of lot 238,239 and 240 all in Block "E" and part
of Block "E" according to Grant's Plan being parts 4,5,6,7,8 and
