8f the Torn of Bowanville.
WHEREAS Section 6 subsection 1 of The Weed Control Act,
Chapter 427, R. S. 0.9 1960s provides for the appointment, of
an inspector to enforce the provisions of The geed Control
Act;
AND WHEREAS The Council of the Corporation of the Torn of
Bowmanville deems it expedient to appoint an inspector in accord-
ance with the provisions of the said act;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN
OF BOWMANQILLE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That Mr. M. Moore be and is herebyappointed the Weed
Inspector for the Town of Bowmanville, under the provis-
ions of the Weed Control Act.
2. That the Weed Inspector be paid $75.00 per annum for
the performance of his duties under the said act.
3, That this By-Law shall remain in force until repealed.
