TOWN OF BOWMANVILIT
BY -LAW NO. 1213
Beira a By -Law to amend By -Laws No. 1073 being a By -Law of the
Municipal Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville to extend the
Fire Limits and to prevent the erection of Wooden Buildings or
any additions thereto and for regulating the repairing of roofs
or extended walls of existing buildings within the undermentioned
limits tin the Town of Bowmanville.
WHEREAS: The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville
deem it expedient to amend By-Law No. 1073 by deleting
Section 4 thereof pertaining to repair or alterations
to any extended walls of any existing wooden buildings
within the fire limits of the Corporation;
NOW THEREFORE the MUNICIPAL COUNCIL of the Corporation of the Town
of Bowmanville pursuant to the provisions of R. S, 01.960
row 249 Sec. 379 (1) Paragraph 32 enacts as follows:
1. That Section 4 of By -Law No. 1073 be and is hereby
repealed.
Read a First and Second time this 1st day of Julia, 1964.
Read a Third time and finally passed this 1st day of
June, 1964.
