A By -law to repeal By -Law No, 18790
WHEREAS The Council of the Town of Bowmanville did
on the 3rd day of June 1963 pass a By -law entitled A By -law to
amend By -law No. 1587.
AND WHEREAS The Council of the Town of Bowmanville
deems it expedient that further revision of By -law No. 1587 is
necessary, and wish to repeal By -law 1879,
NOW THEREFORE The Council of the Corporation of the
Town of Bowmanville enacts as follows:
1. That By -law No. 1879 being a By -law to
anwnd By -law Igo. 1587, be and is hereby
repealed.
MAD a first and second time this 7th day of October 1963.
READ a third time and finally passed this 7th day of October 1963.
