WHEREAS the Council has determined it 'desirable' to construct
ti a thirty foot asphalt pavement, concrete curb. and gutter at an
estimated cost of Sixty -Six Thousand Dollars ($66,000.00);
x AND WHEREAS it is the intention of Council to issue debentures
in the amount of Thirty-Three' Thousand Dollars (33,000-00) bearing
interest at such rate as' .Council may determine to be payable in
Twenty (20) years;
n A� WHEREAS it is approved by Section 27 of the Local Improvement
Act, R.S.O.. 1950, Chapter 215 and amendments thereto. that the Council,
of every municipality may pas by -laws applying .for the construction

v of pavement and curbing;
THEREFORE the Municipal Council of -the Corporation of the Tovii
of , Bommanville ENACTS AS FOLLOWS
1 That the construction of a, thirty foot asphalt pavement, concrete

curb and gutter on Liberty Street. from King to BaseLine at an estimated
k ,
cost of Sixty -Six Thousand Dollar' ($660000000) be and the same is here-
by. ,authorized*

2. That the Engineer of the Corporation of the Town of Boenranville shall
forthwith make such plans, profiles and specifications and furnish such
information as may be , necessary for-the .asking of .a contract for the

execution of the work.
3 • That the work shall be , carried on -and executed under the supervision
and according to the direction, and orders of the Engineer. .
1�. That the Mayor and the Clerk are authorized to cause a contract for
the construction of the work to be made and entered into with sons person
or persons, firm or corporation subject to -the* approval of the Council to
be declared by a Resolution.
