(o) That the sale of fruit and vegetables by a person not .being a
over or produeer of same from a basket wagons cart, motor
truck or other vehicle upon any highway; park or public place
r within the Limits of the Town of Bowmnville is prohibited:
this part shall not be applicable to a farmer, market gardener

or any person selling or delivering goods to any place of
business or residence aeon such highway or part thereof.
