The original by -law provided for a use of land as public or community parks, playground or highway, while the amending by -law now expands this use provision to include all purposes of the public service of The Town of Bow - manville, or local Board thereof, telephone or telegraph company or Department or Commission of the Government of Ontario or of Canada. Paragraph 2 of by -law 1936 amends the minimum yard requirements in a rural zone so that the front yard for a dwelling remains at 40 feet while for other buildings it is decreased from 100 feet to 75 feet and the side yard requirement for dwellings remains at 20 feet while for all other buildings the requirement is reduced from 100 feet to 25 feet except on corner lots where the require- ment, is to be 75 feet.
