%W A By-law to repeal By -law No. 1938
Whereas the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Boumanville enacted a By -law No. 1938 entitled "a By-law
to authorize the construction of a Works Department Build-
ing and to provide for the borrowing of #53027.00 upon
debentures therefor "2
And whereas the said Council deems it expedient to repeal
by-law No. 1938
Now therefore the Council of the Corporation of the Town
I%W of Bowmanville enacts as follows:

That By-law No. 1938 entitled "A By-law to authorize
the Construction of a Works Department Building and to
provide for the Borrowing of $53,727.00 upon debentures
therefore ", be and is hereby repealed.
READ a first and second time this 4th day of October, 1965.
