BY -LAW NO.
Being a By -Law to Repeal By -Law No. 1518.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Bowmanville passed a By -law numbered 1518, being a By -law of the
Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville to provide for the re-
organization and regulation of the Fire Bridai,,-e of the said
Town on February 20th, 1951.
AND WHEREAS this Colincil deems it expedient to repeal
said By -law;
14OW THEREFORE be it enacted that By -law No. 1518 entitled
"A By -law of the Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville
1""' to Provide for the establishment and regulation of a
Volunteer Fire Department ",
be and is hereby repealed.
READ a First and Second time this 1st Day of November, 1965.
Read a Third time and finally passed this 1st. Day of November, 1965.
