A BY -LAW TO ACCEPT AND ESTABLISH BARBARA STR.6LT.
WHLkL;AS by deed dated the 3rd day of October,
1962, and registered on the 24th day of October, 1962, as instrument
No. N17881 for the Town of Bowmanville, Wilson Abernethy and Hilda
Mary Abernethy did convey to the Town of Bowmanville an allowance
for a new street running southerly from Jackman's Road through
part of registered Flan No. $2 in part of original township lot 13
in the Second Concession in the Town of Bowmanville.
AND WHr;HhAS the Corporation of the Town of
Bowmanville is desirous of accepting and establishing as a public
hi,�;hway the said lands so conveyed to the Town of Bowmanville by
said instrument No. N17$$1.
NOW THLr6r FUhE the Council of the Corporation of
the Town of Bowmanville pursuant to The tiiunicipal :pct R. S.O. 19602
Chapter 249 Section 459 (1) (a) HEREBY LNACTS as follows:
1. That part of lots 37, 38 and 39 and parts of
the reserve or unsubdivided land according to registered Plan No.
82 and part of original township lot 13 in the Second Concession
conveyed to the Town of Bowmanville by said instrument No. N17881
be and are hereby accepted. and established as a public highway.
2. That the said lands so accepted and established
as a public highway and described in instrument No. N17881 be known
as Barbara Street.
Read a first and second time this 0-_ day of
