YMERW the local Board of Health ha s requested this Council
to enact a by-law prohibiting the: sale of unwrapped meat Prom
vehicles within the limits of the Town of Bvwmenville ,, as indurioUB
to the health of the citizens ,
NOW .THEREFORE BE IT ENAOTID by , the Municipal Council of the

'Corporation of t he Town of Boman vi lle as follows
Le No meat shall be sold within the limits of the Corporation,
of the Town of B'owmanville from a vehicle of any description unless
the same be ,completely wrapped as a separate' parcel before ' being
placed in the said vehicle and remains -so wrapped -until delivered
