electors of this. Municipality qualified to vote upon money

THRFOR the Ti�unicipal Council of th.e Corporration , of

the Town of Bowmanville' , enacts as follows :
That the following question be submitted to -the . electors
of the Corporation qualified to Grote on' money ' by-laws , that is to
say
''Are r/ you in favour of levying a tax of . 1/10 mill in the general
rate fo r the establishment, and maintenance of a f and ' for the support,
and aid of a Town Band?
The voting upon said question sh 11 take place,. , at the .
