BY-LAW 99-12
Being a by-law to amend Schedule A to By-law 97-294
being the Transfer Station Operating Agreement with
Canadian Waste Services Inc.
WHEREAS the Council the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington at its meeting of
January 25th, 1999, approved the recommendations contained in Report WD-05-99
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of The Corporation
of the Municipality of Clarington, an amendment to the Transfer Station Operating
Agreement with Canadian Waste Services Inc.,in order to give effect to the intent of Report
WD-05-99
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 25th day of January, 1999.
BY-LAW read a third and final time this 25th day of January, 1999.
