THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 99-156
Being a by-law to amend By-law 98-10, a by-law to Appoint
Members to the Local Architectural Conservation Advisory
Committee for the Municipality of Clarington
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington, at their meeting held on
October 12, 1999,passed Resolution#C-648-99 to appoint a member to the Local
Architectural Conservation Advisory Committee.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT By-law 98-10 be amended in Section 1 by deleting the following names:
Warner Fehn
LesJagoda
Christopher Osborne
2. THAT By-law 98-10 be further amended in Section 1 by adding the following
name thereto:
Donna Nualls Ruttner
By-law read a first and second time this 25h day of October 1999
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 25h day of October 1999
