THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 99-157
Being a by-law to amend By-law 98-12 to appoint
Members to the Newcastle Arena Board.
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington, at their meeting held on
October 12, 1999,passed Resolution#C-648-99 to appoint a member to the Newcastle
Arena Board.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT By-law#98-12 be amended by deleting the name:
John Rutledge
2. THAT By-law 498-12 be further amended by adding the following name thereto:
Carol Little
By-law read a first and second time this 25th day of October 1999
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 25th day of October 1999
