THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 99-158
Being a by-law to amend By-law 83-83, as amended a by-law
to constitute a Committee of Adjustment for the Municipality
of Clarington pursuant to the Planning Act 1983
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington, at their meeting held on
October 12, 1999, passed Resolution#C-648-99 to appoint a member to the Committee
of Adjustment.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Section 11 of By-law#83-83 be amended by deleting the name:
Les 3agoda
2. THAT Section 11 of By-law#83-83 be further amended by adding the name:
Dwayne Tapp
By-law read a first and second time this 25th day of October 1999
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 25th day of October 1999
