BY-LAW NO. 99- 186
being a by-law to authorize the execution of an Agreement
between Canadian TODS (Tourism Oriented Directional Signage)
Organization and the Municipality of Clarington
THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the
Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington and seal with the corporation seal, an
Agreement between Canadian TODS (Tourism Oriented Directional Signage)
Organization and said Corporation; and
2. THAT the Agreement attached hereto as Schedule "A" form part of this By-law.
By-law read a first and second time this 13th day of December 1999.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 13th day of December 1999.

Customer understands that CTL will install and maintain business signs in accordance with CTL's contract with
Province of Ontario under the Province's Tourism Oriented Highway Signing Program. Customer represents and warn:
that it is, and will continue to be during the term of this contract and any extensions .thereof,, ,a tourist oriel
service establishment that provides services, with all fac4lities and operations. for. such service as required
participation in the Province's TOD$ Sign Program, as outlined in the Ontario Ministry of,Economie .Development, T;
