BY-LAW 99-31
being a by-law to authorize the Mayor and Clerk
on behalf of the Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington to execute an expropriation plan in
Respect of certain lands in the Cove Road and
Cedar Crest Beach Road areas of the Municipality
Of Clarington
WHEREAS at the meeting on March 8, 1999, Council of the Municipality of Clarington
approved the recommendations contained in Report SOL-1-99 and approved the expropriation of
Parts 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11 and 12 on Plan 40R-17895 and the rights-of-way in Parts I and 2 on
Plan 40R-17895.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
I. THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute on behalf of The
Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington a plan showing Parts 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11
and 12 on Plan 40R-17895 and the rights-of-way in Parts 1 and 2 on Plan 40R-17895 as
required by subsection 9(1) of the Expropriations Act, and to cause the aforesaid plan to
be registered in the proper land registry office.
By-law read a first and second time this 8a' day of March 1999
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 0'day of March 1999
