Publ i c Utilities Commission in the Town of Bowmanville. WHERFAS the, Corporation has acquired by purchase from the Hydro Electric Power Commission of Ontario the electrical distribution system in the Town of Bowmanville and the Corporation r has completed a contract with the Hydro Electric Power Commission of Ontario for the purchase of a le©tri oa 1 power or energy. AND WHERFA.S the Corporation owns the complete system for the supply of water to the Town of Bowmanville. AND WHERE iS in the opinion " of the Municipal Council it pis a visable to establish a Commission for the control and manage.., men of both the electrical distribution system and the supply of' X treater in the. Town of Bowmanville,. THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bowma.nville enacts as follows: 1. lo That pursuant to the Public Utilities Act Revised Statutes',',' o Ontario,- Chapter 249 a .Commission .be established to be called k The Public Utilities Commission of the down of Bowmanville and ti to consist of three members. 2 That. the Mayor_ of the Corporation shall be, a member. of the z Commission., during the term, of his off ice. • The 1 tiro remaining members of the Cormissi on' shall be nominated and ,elected el ecs ted b the rate a ers of. the Corporation ion 'et the .
