WHEREAS Goldstein Investments Limited and Penicka
Enterprises Limited are owners of certain lands in the Township
of Darlington and have applied to the Minister of Municipal
Affairs for approval of the draft plan of sub-division of the
said lands,
AND WHEREAS the Minister of Municipal Affairs has
made it a condition of his approval of said plan of sub-division
that Goldstein Investments Limited and Penieka Enterprises Limited
satisfy certain requirements of the Township.
NOW THEREFORE pursuant to the Planning Act R.S.O.
1960, Chapter 296, Section 28(6), the Municipal Council of the
Corporation of the Township of Darlington enacts as follows:
1. That the Corporation of the Township of Darlington be and is
hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement with Goldstein
Investments Limited and Penicka Enterprises Limited in the form
hereto attached as Schedule "A".
2, That the Reeve and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to
execute the said Agreement on behalf of The Corporation of the
Township of Darlington.
READ a first, second and third time and finally passed on
