(9) T:1is by-law is enacted pursuant to the provisions of The Dog Tax and Live Stock Protection E:ct, devised Statutes of Ontario 1937, Chapter 334, and the provisions thereof when not in conflict vaith provisions herein cor_teineii shall be construed as provisions of this by-law.
