doh to be destroyed unless the tax and costs shall be paid before
a tiznenamed. Por the purpose of carrying out such order, a
constable may enter upon the premises of the o~^mer and c_estro~r
the dog.
(9) T:1is by-law is enacted pursuant to the provisions of
The Dog Tax and Live Stock Protection E:ct, devised Statutes of
Ontario 1937, Chapter 334, and the provisions thereof when not
in conflict vaith provisions herein cor_teineii shall be construed
as provisions of this by-law.
(10) Penalties found payable under tY:is by-law shal]. be
recoverable under 'Phe 3iu2mary Convictions i~ct ~tevised ~tstutes
of Ontario, 1937, Charter 136.
