~iHEREAS the regulations of the Department of Highways,rf Ontario require that
the expenditure on township roads-under The Highway Improvement Act, and amendments
thereto, shall be provided for annually by township by-law.
THEREFORE the council of the Municipal Corporation of the Township of
. .~~~-. enacts as follows:
(1) The sum of .'.~~~~rt;-~`; is hereby appropriated from monies
raised by /.~L~~:~o7'~: for expenditure upon construction and
maintenance on the roads in the said township during the year11193„`;,, as follows:

(2} The said monies shall be expended under the direction of the duly appointed
Township Road Superintendent.
(3) All work on which the said monies shall be expended shall be performed in
accordance with the last revised regulations respecting township roads issued by the
Department of Highways of Ontario.
(4) The Clerk shall transmit a certified copy of this by-law to the Deputy rti.nister,
Department of Highways, within thirty days after the passing thereof,
