A By-law to appoint a Fire Chief of the Orono Police Village Volunteer Fire Department.
Whereas the office of Fire Chief of Orono Police
Village has became vacant.
IOW THEREFORE the ~,inicipal Council of the Corporation
of the Township of Clarke hereby enacts that F. Oliver
Cooper of the Village of Orono in the said Township be
and he is hereby appointed Fire Chief of the Orono
Police Village Volunteer Fire Department; and that the
Orono Police Trustees are hereby authorized to set the
annual rate of pay for this office.
All by-laws or parts of by-laws contrary or inconsistent
with the provisions of this by-law be and they are hereby
repealed.
Finally passed this 5 day of September I950.
