~lhe Municipal Council of the Corporation of the `T'ownship of Clarke
enacts as follows:
That the several rates herein mentioned be levied, assessed and
collected on the rateable property in the T®wnship of Clarke for the
year I95I and the' several rates shall be levied, collected and paid
to the proper officer of the Municipality in the manner and at such
times as the Statutes of the province of Ontario and the By-laws of
this Corporation require.
Provided however that on all tazes remaining unpaid after the fif-
teenth day of December nett an additional charge of two per sent
for non-payment shall be added. and paid by way of penalty.

A rate to be levied for Township purposes for the year I95I of
_ mills on the dollar which by reason o~ the Provincial Subsidy.
A now cancelled, is reduced by one mill on the dollar and will
be made up in the form of a grant by the Province of Onte.rio.

A rate to be levied for i'ownship hool Purposes for the yeax
I95I as per Bill I90 cited in the Consolidated Public School Act
I920 and amendments thereto of _~ mills on the dollar.
A rate to be levied for Hydro purposes in the defined area
constituting the Hamlet of Rewtonville //of ~ mills on the dollar.
A rate to be levied for Ganaraska~uthority purposes of
_,_,~ mills on the dollar to raise the amount of ~I400.00 each year
for the years I95i - 56 inclusive.
A rate to be levied for Durham County District High School
purposes of ~_ mills on the dollar.
