HomeMy WebLinkAbout1252A by-law to amend by-law 1232 with respect to regulating the size, strength, character, location and use of culverts on private approaches to Township roads.
~Phereas initial culverts on private property approaches
must be paid for by the individual property owners.
Now therefore the Corporation oP the Township oP Clarke
enacts as follows:
I. The size, strength, character and location of all
culverts must be determined and approved by the
Road Superintendent.
2. On provision that any approved oulverts~are purchased
privately Prom the municipality or otherwise, installation
to be done,without charge, by the municipality.
3. the above information be added to the Township Building
Permit forms to be considered and acted upon accordingly
by the Building Inspector and Road Superintendent.
4. All approved replacements to be carried out at no cost
to the property owner providing the initial culvert
was of satisfactory standards at the time of installation.
Read a first, second and third time and finally passed
