And Whereas, Tenders for®wasvaoceptedfat pricehofT~22e897f00.D~ Adams Limited, Paris, Ontar , And Whereas, the amount of X22,897.00 will be paid out of 1958 road appropriations. And Whereas, it is necessary to borrow for two years. And Whereas, application has been made to the Department of Highways for approval.
