HomeMy WebLinkAbout1327A By-law of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Clarke to appoint a member of the council to act from time to time in the place and stead of the head of the council when the Head of the council is absent through illness in accordance with Section 228 (3) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1950.
The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Township
of Clarke enacts as follows:
That Deputy Reeve H.B. Walkey is hereby appointed to act in
the place cad stead of Reeve Temps T. Brown as head of the
council while the head of the council is absent through ill-
ness and, while so acting, Mr. ~alkey shall have cad may
ezeroise all of the rights, posers and authority of the head
of the oonnoi 1.
Read a first and second time this 6th day of duly 1959•
