AND WHERRAS the Council of the Township of Clarke
(hereinafter called the "Municipality"j deems it necessary
to borrow the sum of X10, 000.00 to meet an advance oontraot
payment pending the final receipt of moneys upon debenture
issue under By-law No. 1321 due on or about duly 24th, 1959,
from The Beakers Bond Corporation Limited, 44 Bing Street
West, Toronto, Ontario.
Passed this 13th day of July 1959
